Dovie
I was the product manager and operations lead for Dovie, a full-featured SaaS web application startup for adding videos to websites.
I led a team of six and a six-figure budget to take Dovie from concept to launch in ten months. I spearheaded from concept to launch including development of a complex web application interface, branding, company formation, sales site development and more.

- Defined and articulated project scope
- Negotiated terms and hired development team of up to six people
- Identified technology requirements needed to implement projects and tracked down appropriate resources
- Worked daily with team to set priorities and timelines for multiple, constantly shifting internal and client projects.
- Translated technological challenges into approachable chunks for development team.
- Delegated projects and tasks to appropriate team members, tracked progress and coordinated resources to meet deadlines.
- Acted as liaison between client/partner needs and development team.
- Tracked receivables and invoiced clients as necessary.
- Spearheaded company formation and brand creation.
- Collaborated with sales/marketing arm on brand creation and consistency.
